Agreement to Terms
By inviting Server Stats Bot to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
Description of Service
Server Stats Bot provides analytics and statistics tracking for Discord servers:
- Message activity tracking and visualization
- Member engagement metrics
- Server growth analytics
- Role membership tracking
- Channel activity breakdowns
The Bot is provided free of charge.
Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with:
Prohibited Uses
- Harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without consent
- Collect data for purposes other than server analytics
- Exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Bot's systems
- Overwhelm services with automated requests or spam
- Use analytics for discrimination or harmful purposes
- Resell or commercialize data from the Bot
User Responsibilities
Server Administrators
- Inform members that analytics tracking is enabled
- Ensure tracking complies with your rules and applicable laws
- Configure appropriate channel exclusions for sensitive areas
- Respect members' privacy preferences and opt-out requests
All Users
- Use commands appropriately without spamming
- Report bugs or vulnerabilities responsibly
- Do not circumvent privacy controls

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF DATA
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Statistics are for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruption or cessation
- Third-party conduct or content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot operators from claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Bot
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws
Termination
We may:
- Terminate or suspend access at any time without notice
- Remove the Bot from servers violating these Terms
- Block abusive users
- Discontinue the Bot at our discretion
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Remaining provisions stay in effect.
